  • Parchment paper 
  • ¾ cup / 180 g reduced-fat (2%) plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 scoop Chocolate Shakeology
  • 1 tsp/ pure vanilla extract
  • 1 cup / 155 g fresh (or frozen) cherries, chopped
  • 12 unsalted hazelnuts, finely chopped
  • Plastic wrap 
  1. Line a 9 x 13-inch (23 x 33-cm) baking dish with parchment paper. Set aside. 

  2. Add yogurt, Shakeology, and extract to a medium mixing bowl; stir until combined. 

  3. Spread yogurt mixture evenly on parchment paper to desired thickness. Sprinkle evenly with cherries and hazelnuts. 

  4. Cover tightly with plastic wrap. Freeze for 2 hours, or until firm. 

  5. Cut (or break) into bite-sized pieces. Serve immediately, or freeze in an airtight container for up to 1 month.
