- 1 scoop Strawberry Shakeology
- ⅓ cup / 80 g reduced-fat (2%) plain Greek yogurt
- 2 Tbsp. chia seeds
- ½ cup / 85 g sliced strawberries
- ¼ cup / 15 g whole-grain cereal
