  • ½ tsp. baking powder
  • cup / 80 ml unsweetened almond milk (or water)
  • 2 tsp. all-natural peanut butter (or sunflower butter)
  1. Add Recover and baking powder to serving mug; mix well.

  2. Add almond milk; stir to combine.

  3. Drop peanut butter into center of mixture; do not stir.

  4. Microwave on high for 45 seconds to 1 minute. Serve immediately.
